ORDER PROCESSING:

After remitting payment for order(s), please allow 24-48 hours for us to process your order.

Processing times DO NOT include weekends or holidays.

 

SHIPPING: 

Please allow 5-7 business days (M-F) from the 24-48 hour time-frame for items to arrive.

TRACKING:

Once your payment has been remitted and your order has been processed, a tracking label will be printed.

All tracking labels are printed in advance, please allow up to 24 hours for package information to update.

If you should request to be updated on the tracking status of your package(s), you will receive a tracking # to track your item(s) via text to phone number on order, if no request is made, it will be sent to your email by default.

 

TAXES & SHIPPING RATES:

Alabama's state tax is a rate of 10%. If ordering in the state of Alabama, you will see this tax appear before checking out of your cart.

Shipping rates are calculated by rates and final delivery locations.
