Refund policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!

You will have 7 days to return an item from the date that you received it.

Digital designs and any PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) are NOT refundable or returnable.

Once we receive your item, within 1-2 days of receiving the item(s) we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).

When your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive your refund 24-48 hours or more, depending on your card issuer's policies. If it has been more than 5 days and you have not received a refund, please reach out to your financial institution for further information.
